In the role of the technical sales service at Dräger Medical ANSY GmbH (Niederlassung Essen) you support providing technology that saves life. In close cooperation with the field service, you support our customers, coordinate projects and ensure a smooth handling – you will be part of our trusted team! Your tasks: Sales support: You help sales outside services in offerings and planning medical gas supply systems for hospitals and laboratories. You can also support the development of solutions for jobs, such as ceiling and wall supply units, as well as OP lamps. Technical advice & spare parts management: You process customer requests for spare parts and provide technical support for customers, support and our technicians (e.g. for installation dimensions, function or delivery times). In addition, you clarify unclear material orders and agree on technical details with colleagues and the leadership. Planning & documentation: You produce smaller planning work in coordination with project engineering and sales, create plant documentation together with local support and coordinate approval drawings. Support of the assembly team: You provide advice to local directors of assembly and plant technicians, such as for issues relating to the procurement regulations (VOB), product-specific information or the procurement of data sheets.

Your training: professional qualification (e.g. as an industrial clerk /-mann or plant mechanic) with further training as a technician or master with a focus on HLK, electrical or supply technology. Practical experience: First construction sites and sales experiences help you to find out quickly – we help you to further develop your knowledge. Technical & commercial knowledge: You bring a good technical understanding and first commercial knowledge and are safe to use computer applications such as MS Office, ideally AutoCAD.
