Team Leader Performance Processing Quality Management (m/f/d)

Your future tasks: You develop, optimize and implement quality standards and processes in performance processing. You regularly analyze processes, identify optimization potentials and implement targeted measures to increase efficiency and quality. You demonstrate the effectiveness of quality management through regular KPI reports, samples and data-based improvements. You promote the further development of automated dark processing, implement effective measures to prevent fraud and implement suitable controlling tools. Together with adjacent areas, you will ensure smooth interfaces and high quality across areas in close coordination. You support and develop your team both professionally and personally, thereby laying the foundation for a continuously high team performance.

You have a completed training or a comparable qualification in the field of insurance, business or a related field. You have experience in managing and developing a team, preferably in insurance or quality management. You bring strong interest and experience in dealing with KPIs, data analysis and interpreting results for controlling and improving workflows. You can develop and implement creative and sustainable improvement approaches. You will be safe, have a strong communication capability and enjoy cross-departmental cooperation and coordination. You work independently, structured and autonomously and bring a high level of organization and implementation. You use digital applications efficiently and securely, you go openly with new digital solutions and constructively integrate them into your work. You bring a general readiness to travel.
