As an innovative and future-oriented company, Drees & Sommer is a solution provider for highly complex projects and an integral partner in the planning and realization of industrial sites in semiconductor and battery cell manufacturing, automotive, life sciences, chemistry, power plant and process engineering. The design of the technical facilities and buildings we provide in-house as well as all other services of the value chain of the project. In this role, you combine the entry into project management with the closeness to infrastructure planning – from the early concept phase to implementation. As a (Junior) project manager:in infrastructure, you are involved in innovative and challenging infrastructure projects such as road, development, distribution and disposal projects for highly complex and large-volume EPCM projects and actively participate in them. The focus is on the operational support of the project management, close cooperation with the specialist planners, and close cooperation with clear development perspective. Your location? You decide! Support of the project management infrastructure in demanding EPCM construction projects in the high-tech industry over all performance phases (LPH 1–9) Participation in agile project management and support in managing and controlling dates, costs and qualities in in interdisciplinary cooperation cooperation in the technical coordination, structuring and quality assurance of infrastructure planning; supportive planning activities in early project phases (e.g. sketches, variant comparisons, simple plan documents) Support in the technical, economic and organizational construction consulting of our customers from initial analysis, planning and realization to acceptance including commissioning Preparation of project documents, presentations and decision bases Continuous coordination with internal and external project participants throughout the duration of the project

Complete study of civil engineering, economic engineering, infrastructure management, urban planning, transport, mobility management or a comparable qualification First experience in project management of construction projects, in particular in the infrastructure sector, is advantageous (e.g. through internships or work students activities) Basic understanding of infrastructure planning and planning processes First planning experiences (e.g. from studies, internships or student work) are advantageous, but no prerequisite Basic knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB and VgV Good knowledge of MS Office, ideally MS Project Good German and ideally good English knowledge in word and writing Willingness to project-related missions within Europe Team spirit, structured working, analytical and networked thinking as well as a quick understanding
