In order to strengthen our sales team in Miesbach, we are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented personality as an employee in sales.

In your role as a sales agent, you are a competent and trusted contact person to our customers and advise them on our products in the field of costumes. The sale is at your heart, and you accompany each transaction from the cashier activity to the order processing, while you also keep in mind the product disposition and the goods clearance. With a trained eye, you care for our shelves, ensure a correct price marking and create an inviting product presentation that stimulates to buy. You are a valuable part of our sales team and support your colleagues in the daily business while implementing sales-promoting measures and thus contributing to the success of the team.

You are contactful and open-minded, are characterized by a friendly appearance and have joy in dealing with customers. Your passion for the Bavarian costume is reflected in your well-kept appearance and good taste. You ideally have a commercial training, preferably in the textile or fashion sector, and have first experience in the textile or traditional retail trade – but this is not a must. Communication strength, customer orientation and team capacity are your strengths, and you are flexible to adapt to different situations. You have basic knowledge in cashing and can safely apply them in everyday life - but this is not a must and is sufficiently trained.
