Head of the Construction and Building Management department, in particular for tasks and requirements for planning and construction and operation of SEW buildings Coordination of external stakeholders in all strategic, structural and technical issues Responsibility for project development, planning and implementation of renovation, entertainment, modernization and new construction measures Cost-, time- and quality-oriented execution of new construction and renovation and maintenance measures in Germany and abroad Monitoring and technical management of works at construction sites Discipline and professional leadership as well as personal and professional development of employees Organisational, process and professional development of the department, systems and processes

Your qualification Complete degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification Designed expertise in building and building management including regulations and laws Long-standing and extensive experience in disciplinary and professional staff management Knowledge in all phases of the honorary order for architects and engineers (HOAI) Experience in parallel control of different project portfolios Outstanding management skills including design and organisational competence, analytical and conceptual thinking, as well as winning and safe occurrence English language skills, other foreign languages of advantage
