Your duties In this responsible function, you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the “Automation Winder” team in the area of Voith Paper’s restructures & services for EMEA and develop this organization in a targeted manner. Together with your team, you will design future-oriented automation solutions. In the development of new projects, you actively support the distribution and project planning of these. Your profile You have successfully completed your studies in the field of automation technology/electrotechnology and have several years of professional experience in automation in machine or plant engineering, ideally in the context of the paper industry or comparable industries. Proven experience in managing teams, managing projects and managing international interfaces and projects complete your profile. A high level of technical understanding in combination with economic thinking distinguishes you. You have a strong ability to develop organisations, drive change processes and empower teams. Personally, you are convinced by your clear communication skills and enforcing strength while at the same time feeling for cooperation and team dynamics.
