Your tasks:

These are your tasks in our team

• Support and coaching of one to two Scrum teams with regard to self-organization and taking responsibility
• In cooperation with Product Owner and the line organization Takeover of the organization around the team
• Ensuring efficient achievement of the sprint targets and possibly. Removal of obstacles that threaten them
• Active design of the flow of information between Product Owner, Development Team and stakeholders

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, communications technology, electrical engineering or a comparable subject
• Practical experience as Scrum Master (m/w/d) in agile project management
• Technical experience of advantage
• With your empathy you can motivate and develop a team and its members
• Individually responsible and structured work as well as quality awareness and self-initiative in difficult situations
