Responsibility for designing, optimising and ensuring occupational and health protection in your own area of responsibility Responsible for the verification of the qualification of welders and the plant application planning in the respective field Preparation and timely, cost- and quality-oriented processing of work in the related area Completeness and result control, in particular visual and measurement testing according to ISO 5817 Direct exchange with the master:in, coordination with interfaces at shopfloor level, management of the shopfloor round as well as organization of further trainings and exams for the employees

Complete vocational training as a structural mechanic: in welding technology or comparable qualification, ideally training for welding skills Multiannual professional experience as well as sound knowledge and safe handling of various welding techniques and methods and the related standards/standards Experience in reading drawings, in creating welding protocols and qualification for visual testing according to VT 2 (required) Basic knowledge of occupational safety (e.g. creation of jobs, instruction of employees) Responsibility, self-initiative, strong organizational skills and high level of teamwork and strong leadership, ideally with first professional leadership experience
