In this position in Cologne you work in the living environment and directly in inhabited apartments and can earn up to 30 € per hour depending on the experience - transparent, fair and value-aware.

These are your tasks:

• You carry out smaller painting work in inhabited apartments - from repairs to paintings to optical refreshments.
• You take the mold removal according to requirements and ensure a clean, professional renovation of the affected areas.
• You prepare substrates, brush, grind and soar for a uniform, appealing surface image.
• You work clean, thoughtful and organized in inhabited apartments and pay attention to the protection of furniture and inventory.
• You are in direct contact with residents - friendly, respectful and explain in a comprehensible way what you do.
• You can document your orders in a short and comprehensible manner so that MRP and team can keep track of them at any time.

That's what we want from you:

• Completed training as painter and painter, building and object coater (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in interior painting and ideally in mold removal
• Careful, clean working and a high quality awareness - especially in inhabited apartments
• Friendly, professional appearance towards tenants, owners and clients
• Self-employed, structured working and pleasure in solving problems directly on site
• Good knowledge of German for coordination with residents, clients and the team
• Class B licence for flexible use in daily business
