Your tasks – Responsibility for the smooth running of financial processes

In this position, you play a central role in accounting and actively contribute to the company's financial processes. Make sure that debitors, creditors and cash registers are properly maintained and booked. Payment and payment transactions are also included in your task. Your specific tasks include:

• Maintenance, confirmation and booking of debitor, creditor and cash accounts
• settlement of dunning and all payment transactions
• Creation of travel cost accounting
• Training and support of employees in dealing with DATEV, HS and ELO
• Participation in the introduction of ELO and E-Rechnung
