Active support of our customers and sales partners in the EU and third countries settlement of daily shipping orders (inland/outland) including the creation of freight and shipping accompanying documents Monitoring of the order stock, tracking and monitoring of residue Processing of customer requests and complaints, telephone and written advice and delivery Coordination and cooperation with the Purchasing/Logistics and Accounting and within the Internal Sales Service Completion of general administrative tasks

You have a completed commercial training e.g. Kaufmann in wholesale and foreign trade (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification You can handle MS Office and ideally have first experience with goods management systems (e.g. Navision, Business Central, SAP, etc.) You have an independent and structured way of working with a high demand You have good knowledge of German and English (further languages desirable) The satisfaction of customers is important to you and you have the pleasure to do customer wishes quickly and competently
