• You have the best conditions with a completed training as an electrician or mechatronic, also with a further training as a technician or master.
• Practical experience in machine and plant engineering, drive and control skills (preferably Siemens) are available.
• Good communication skills as well as high customer and solution orientation are also characterized by flexibility, loadability and reliability.
• Structure, independence and care characterize your work.
• MS Office and ERP knowledge, good oral and written expressability and English knowledge complete your profile.

Your job as a technical specialist (m/w/d):

• Customers and distributors are the first contact person to be able to provide support enquiries and take on technical advice in all questions about our machines
• The analysis of error messages and their diagnosis as well as complaint processing are your daily tasks
• The preparation for creating offers, orders and invoices is also done by you
• They support technicians in the field of external services in technical questions during service operations
• Service processes are designed and optimized by you.
