Customers inspire: reception and processing of event and catering requests, competent advice and support of our customers Offers that convince: creation of individual offers, contracts and invoices for events and catering Organizational design prove: commissioning, coordination and control of internal and external service providers (e.g. technology, decoration, personnel) Developing creativity: developing creative concepts including cost calculation in close coordination with our kitchen and service team Bringing events to life: support in the planning, implementation and refurbishment of events On site shining: event support and control on site to ensure smooth running

(m/w/d), Restaurantfachmann (m/w/d), System Gastronomy (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification Experience: Experience in event / event management and / or gastronomy / catering Structured mode of operation: You work structured, solution-oriented and reliable Quality awareness: You have a high quality and service requirement and an eye for detail Teamplayer: You are a team player with strong communication strength Flexibility: You are flexible, ready to use and keep a cool head even in stressful situations Language knowledge: Very good German knowledge in word and writing JOBV1_EN
