Your remuneration

We at the JKB combine the advantages of a small family hospital with a fair remuneration - also we pay according to the public service collective agreement (TVöD). The classification is based on your previous professional experience.

• TVöD-K (P7): Approx. 3.300 € - 4.060 € and an annual special payment between approx. € 2,800 - €3,440
• Time supplements by TVöD-K: 20% for night and Saturday services from 1:00 p.m., 25% for Sunday services, 35% for public services and 24/31 p.m. December and a shift supplement (40 € and 155 €)
• Supplements to TVöD-K: Monthly care supplement (133,80 €) and an all-round TVöD supplement (25 €) and an additional supplement for the activity in the Springerpool (100 €*)
• In addition to the TVöD-K: jump-in services (120 € - 230 € / depending on the station) - simply coordinated by app
