• You are the first point of contact for our customers in the area of cyber and provide competent and sound support. • You conduct negotiations with insurers on tenders, new contracts and contract extensions. • You advise and support our customers around cyber, insurance or security. • You support the organisation and implementation of specialist and sales events – both internally and externally. • You work closely with our external service and contribute to the joint success.

• Successfully completed training in insurance or comparable qualifications • Makler experience desirable, but no condition • Advantageous knowledge of cyber / liability insurance • High service and performance orientation and ability to work independently and customer-oriented • Willingness to team work and strong social competence • Good knowledge of English and safe handling of the current MS Office programs
