You process competently and service-oriented telephone and written requests from doctors:internal and practical employees at our info.line You are in close contact with our specialist departments and interfaces You create specialized information for yourself and your team members You take over further team tasks, such as project tasks They support the team management, colleagues

You have a completed training as a medical/specialist employee, a merchant in health care, administrative staff or a comparable qualification They have ideally experience in (telephone) customer support They have an understandable and clear way of speaking and can convey complex topics in a comprehensible way You have fun on telephony and can quickly adjust to different interlocutors They have a fast view and act responsibly, independently and with high quality awareness They work well versed with search tools and have skill in connected thinking. They are reliable and flexible
