Night Audit Pre-Opening (m/f/d)

As a night audit, you are an indispensable part of our night team – the calm, reliable force in the background that ensures order, controls bookings, performs bills and is there for our guests at the same time. Service and numbers? Both are in your best hands. You complete the day, write reports and make sure you book correctly in all systems. You check cash registers, sales and accounts – and ensure transparency and accuracy at night. You will treat our guests at late check-in or early check-out – friendly, helpful and professional. You take care of reservations, guest requests and administrative tasks. You are part of the security concept: You have a look at the house, the technology and the processes. You support the Night Manager and work closely with housekeeping, technology and other departments. You make sure that the Roomers-Spirit remains noticeable at night – stylish, attentive and reliable.

You have experience at the front office or in a comparable position – also at night work. You work conscientiously, independently and quickly find a clear way for complex tasks. You are a pay-affin, safe to use MS Office and PMS systems (e.g. Opera, Protel). You also keep an overview at night, are friendly in sound and professional in appearance. You have good knowledge of German and English – other languages are a plus. You are reliable, responsibly and bring calm and structure when others are already tired.
