Professional and service-oriented support and consulting of HR Business Partners, employees and executives in general HR-related and labour law issues for a defined support area clarification of legal questions, as well as a detailed explanation of e.g. contents of work contracts or company and collective agreements Ensuring and responsible for the smooth running of operational personnel processes and continuous quality assurance Creation and processing of confidential personal documents (including works council hearings, contracts and additional agreements, regroupings, increases in remuneration, transfers) and storage and maintenance of these in the digital personal files Adapting templates according to current legal and operational regulations carrying out research activities; Creation of sensitive documents (AG-side terminations, cancellations, disciplinary measures) Responsibility for one or more specialist topics (knowledge building and transfer, training on the subjects) Impulse and cooperation in the optimization of HR processes for the respective subject Further development of internal HR tools as well as optimization, harmonisation and, if necessary, repositioning of HR processes with the participating internal stakeholders

Successfully completed vocational training or studies in the commercial sector Multiannual professional experience in personnel, ideally in a comparable function Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Very good presentation and communication skills Analytical and conceptual thinking High level of motivation to advance themes independently and to develop solutions Strong team orientation
