You are responsible for the financial accounting of all companies in the DACH area as well as in South and Eastern Europe. You take the responsibility of the team “Accounting & Tax” and continue to develop it. You coordinate and support the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to IFRS and local standards. You are the first contact for the management and our auditors: both in Germany and abroad. You design and optimise the processes and controls in accounting to increase efficiency and accuracy. You are part of internationalization and as project manager:in charge of implementing global standards in your region. You support M&A projects as a technical contact:in and is responsible for the accounting and tax implementation of intra-group restructuring. As a representative, you accompany the implementation of SAP S/4HANA as a group-wide ERP solution.

You have a successfully completed university degree. An additional degree as a tax advisor:in or auditor:in is desirable for us, but no need. You have managed (partial) projects and bring relevant know-how in project management. You have proven your experience in accounting according to HGB and IFRS. You are a leading person with design will, safe appearance, reliability, team spirit and empathy. You are versed in dealing with MS-Office and inspire for new (financial) tools and applications. Your knowledge of German and English is good to very good in word and writing.
