Complete study of food technology, food chemistry, ecotrophology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in food law, specification management, regulatory affairs or a related area of the food industry Ability to transfer legal, customer-specific and internal requirements into resilient documentation and consistent product data Structured, precise and reliable operation, keep track of complex relationships, many details and changing priorities Sovereign communication with internal interfaces such as purchasing, sales, quality, laboratory and product development as well as with suppliers and customers Affinity for data structures, digital systems and modern specification management, because you want not only to keep up, but to actively shape Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good English knowledge
