As part of our Transaction Diligence Team at Hamburg, Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin or Düsseldorf, you will advise our customers: in transaction decisions by delivering key analyses and assessments. You can do a variety of tasks: Participation in demanding transaction projects such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or refinancing by financial investors:inside (private equity) and internationally active corporations Processing of different task packages within a transaction project such as data evaluation and preparation for strategic decision bases and recommendations Financial due diligence and analysis of the opportunities and risks of transactions (including analysis of annual accounts, planning bills, etc.)
This position shall be taken from September 2025.
Study of economics at least in the 4th semester with suitable subjects Outstanding interest in developments and trends in corporate finance and accounting Ideally first relevant practical experience Analytical skills and precise operation as well as safe handling of MS Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint) Flexibility and openness for new, varied challenges Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English
