The specially developed materials and products are used worldwide: for the expansion and modernization of rail networks and rail transport, for real estate projects and building acoustics, in industrial plants and precision equipment. The innovative solutions make our world and our lives calmer, more comfortable and sustainable. The development and production is mainly carried out in Austria in the heart of Europe, with ten own branches the company operates around the globe. In the course of the planned expansion, on behalf of the subsidiary of our client in Bietigheim-Bissingen, we are looking for a strong sales personality, which will successfully shape the desired growth of the middle trader.

Technical distribution of vibrational solutions in industry, in particular for the important OEM'S in the area of heating, air conditioning and ventilation (HVAC) Active customer acquisition and support in external services; mainly in DE and neighbouring countries Coordination of cross-border customer relations Construction and development of customers (OEM ́s) and networks; as well as social networking planning and implementation of marketing campaigns with support from the headquarters; in particular roadshows, fairs and webinars Conception and creation of a customer-friendly service Planning of sales tactics for successful order acquisition Management of sales partners and country-based colleagues Working with business and budget planning Regular reporting on market and customer developments

Authentic sales personality with high consulting competence, clear communication, high design willingness and pronounced persistence and negotiation skills Own-responsible, structured operation with a pronounced customer orientation Successfully completed technical or commercial studies with additional technical or commercial qualification Multiannual experience in the distribution of technically demanding products; also coming from the automotive industry Comprehensive experience in handling OEM customers Flowing, reliable knowledge of German and English readiness to travel
