In your role as (Junior) Project Manager Financial Services & Digitization (m/w/x), you take responsibility in exciting projects for well-known customers. With your know-how, your view for the big whole and your innovative spirit, you contribute to the digital transformation in the financial sector - directly from our headquarters in Gütersloh.

• Project management: You control client-specific projects in the areas of risk and wife management, payment, accounting and debt collection

• Control: You plan project miles, monitor schedules and budgets, coordinate project teams and ensure smooth operations

• Communication: You are the interface to service providers, clients and internal departments, as well as customers

• Analysis: You create statistics, evaluations and presentations on strategic decision-making

• Innovation: You actively support the digital transformation and carry out process improvements by increasing the degree of automation e.g. by using artificial intelligence (AI).

• Education & experience: You have a successfully completed degree in the field of business or a comparable qualification and brings at least one year of professional experience in the field of financial services, ideally in project management, with

• Expertise: A sound understanding of financial services, operational relationships and complexity drivers

• Tools & Methods: You bring first experience with project management methods, stakeholder management and ideally with PowerAutomate or AI projects with

• Customer orientation & business sense: You recognize customer needs early and develop strategically sustainable business relationships
