You support the support and development of our customers as well as the expansion of the range of PARSA Beauty in Croatia and the Adriatic region You help with the acquisition of new customers and new ranges according to clear priorities and capacities. For the smooth handling of customer orders – also in the export sector (third countries) You are contact for field service, key account manager, administration and logistics for customer-specific questions You reliably process returns, credits, load indications and complaints. In addition, you will be puggling master data, creating scan documents and price tags and organising shipping You plan, tax and document actions, projects and new institutions on time. When optimizing workflows and processes, you actively contribute your ideas

You have a commercial training and experience in the sales environment or in-house service, ideally in the FMCG environment or in the food/non-food sector You work structured, independent, solution-oriented and are a real organizational talent You can communicate clearly and easily – both internally and externally. You have knowledge in Croatian as well as very good English skills You are fit in MS Office and open to new systems and digital tools. You bring well-founded knowledge in SAP or a comparable ERP system that you can successfully use in order processing and invoice You have the pleasure of optimizing processes and leading projects to success
