Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d)

Central control and further development of the company-wide BI and reporting landscape as part of a decentralized BI approach. Establishment and professional leadership of a BI or Power-BI community of practice. Qualification, consulting and quality assurance of decentralized power-BI users in the fields of expertise. Definition, development and enforcement of company-wide reporting, data and visualization standards. Responsibility for data governance and the further development of security and authorization concepts in the BI environment. Conceptual further development of the BI and reporting architecture taking into account technical and technical requirements.

Successfully completed study of economic informatics, computer science, mathematics, statistics, data science or a comparable qualification. Multiannual business intelligence, data analytics, data governance or data-based corporate governance. Knowledge of the design, control and development of BI and reporting landscapes. Practical experience in the design and implementation of governance, security and authorization concepts in the BI environment. Very good SQL knowledge as well as safe handling of relational database systems and data warehouse structures. Knowledge of Power BI and modern reporting and visualization methods. Ability to structure technical requirements and translate them into analysis, reporting and control solutions. Knowledge of Python or R is advantageous. Designed analytical and conceptual skills and a structured and solution-oriented way of working. High level of self-initiative and sense of responsibility as well as the ability to advance issues independently. Ability to prepare and understand complex issues in an address-oriented manner. Impressed communication strength and safe occurrence in exchange with specialist areas, management and other stakeholders. Consultation-oriented thinking and the ability to translate data-based findings into concrete recommendations for action. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
