You are characterized by:

• completed IT training as a specialist in system integration or comparable qualifications
• Multiannual network experience and firewalls
• good knowledge of firewall solutions (e.g. FortiGate, Cisco Meraki, Sonicwall, Sophos)
• good knowledge of switching solutions (e.g. Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Aruba)
• Knowledge of access points from different manufacturers (e.g. FortiNet, Aruba, Unifi) and Azure Networking
• very good knowledge of English and German

• advises customers in technological matters and implements solutions
• independently process customer questions about the ticket system
• take over the basic administration of Azure Networking (vNETs, Virtual Network Gateways)
• monitors and documents complex networks in common tools
