• Management and maintenance of personal files and internal documents
• Organisation and coordination of administrative procedures in day-to-day business
• First contact for applicants, employees and customers by phone and e-mail
• Creation and processing of applicant profiles for recruitment
• Support in scheduling and organizing interviews
• Maintenance and updating of the customer database
