Senior Asset Manager (d/w/m) Munich, Bavaria, Germany

You are responsible for a commercial real estate portfolio in Germany with significant development, repositioning and restructuring potential. You develop and implement object-specific development and repositioning strategies (Value-Add/Core-Plus), including the creation of business plans and feasibility and cost-effectiveness analyses. You identify and design project development and revitalisation measures (e.g. reuses, recompression, surface optimization, refurbishment, ESG-driven modernisation) and transfer these into realisable project structures. You control proactive rental and marketing strategies for assets close to development, including land concepts, tenant mix optimization and support in positioning in the market. You are value-oriented and strategic in the tendering, negotiation and design of property-related contracts (e.g. service, construction, rental and planner contracts). You ensure ongoing quality assurance and control of budgets, investment and cash flow plans at object and project level and monitor costs, dates, qualities and returns. You coordinate and control internal and external stakeholders (including project developers, architects, specialist planners, property managers, brokers, authorities) and ensure a structured information and decision-making process. You prepare decisions in internal bodies and at the level of society and lead them (including through decision-making templates, sensitivity analyses and scenario assessments).

Complete commercial or technical studies with a focus on real estate and project development. Multiannual professional experience (min. 5 years) in asset management and/or in the project development of commercial real estate, ideally with detectable experience in controlling value-add, repositioning or development projects. Understanding the main phases of project development (concept, planning, approval, realization, marketing) as well as the relevant properties and calculation methods. Sovereign appearance, strong persuasive and decision-making power, as well as the ability to advance complex projects in a structured manner and balance different interests. Embossed communication strength, high analytical thinking capacity and a pragmatic solution-oriented operation with a view to cost-effectiveness and feasibility. High commitment, commitment and performance as well as self-initiative combined with strong team capacity and service orientation towards internal and external partners.
