The “RD Strategy and Transformation” department is responsible for the strategic orientation of global research and development as well as their further development and operationalisation. A special focus is on the cultural transformation that we can experience through targeted initiatives, communication measures and innovative formats and events. We are a highly motivated team with strong team spirit, working directly on the staff of Chief Technology Officer, Development & Purchasing and offering you exciting insights into strategic topics with high management closeness. You support our team in particular: Designing and supporting the cultural transformation of the RD including necessary change processes in the sense of a holistic change approach

Implementation of the transformation processes resulting from the RD strategy based on the strategy of Mercedes-Benz AG

Support in the design, implementation and control of the RD-wide management program “360 Excellence”

Participation in the planning and implementation of events within the framework of the strategy

Write articles for the social intranet for information on current developments and successes

Support for photo and video activities (concept, recording, image and video processing)

Research on current topics

Support in creating documents for top management

Working with ad hoc tasks and administrative activities

The activity can begin from September 2026.

Studies in the field of marketing, media, communication, communication sciences, economics, economic engineering or a comparable degree course

First experiences in the design of editorial content (text, image, video)

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office and social media

Knowledge of image and video editing programs are advantageous
