Lawyer Private Clients – Inheritance Law, Notary's Office & Tax Law (m/f/d)

You work closely with experienced partners that provide you with practical insights and training on the job. You advise private clients interdisciplinary at the interface of inheritance law, notariat, tax law, international private law and company law and are directly involved in complex designs for entrepreneurial families and international structures. You cooperate with demanding notarial designs and take over legal research and drafts. You process fiscal and civil-law structuring in withdrawal/access cases, holding and foundation structures, restructuring and international follow-up concepts – including the creation of initial drafts, structuring comparisons and decision proposals. You accompany notarial and corporate processes from preparation to implementation and prepare complex questions based. You actively participate in the client acquisition and the expansion of existing client relationships.

You have demonstrated your legal qualification by two above-average examina. You ideally also bring a promotion and/or LL.M. First professional experience, also deepened, in the area of private clients and tax law is desirable, but not absolutely necessary. Their English skills are fluent in word and writing. You think entrepreneurial and work committed and independent. You have strong communication skills and convince by a high degree of curiosity and team capacity.
