Be part of our team for Cross-Domain Development in e-Drive and develop the software intelligence that will shape the next generation of vehicles. We are looking for dedicated students who want to work at the interface of software, AI and electric drive and bring their ideas to the streets.

As a fully-fledged member of our agile development team, you work directly on functions that significantly influence the driving experience of our future electric vehicles. The exact focus of your internship is flexible: Together we identify priorities that fit your strengths and where you can make the most of your contribution. These challenges include: Conception and development of AI agents based on LLMs for the automation and improvement of our analysis and development tools Participation in securing over-the-air (OTA) software updates for the e-Drive drivetrain to ensure the reliability of our fleet Preparation of prototype vehicles for testing and integration purposes – you experience technology close to the skin Development and optimization of analysis tools and dashboards for the evaluation of complex vehicle and measurement data Conducting Test Cases to Validate Cloud-based e-Drive Functions and Integration of Software into the E/E Total Architecture Preparation and presentation of your work results in the team The activity can begin from March 2026.

Course in the field of computer science, software engineering, data science, electrical engineering, vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable course of study. Programming skills in Python or the like are advantageous, but no requirement Affinity for artificial intelligence, LLMs and data analysis in the automotive environment Very good German (C1 level) and good English skills Analytical, structured and independent working methods Happy work in the team Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate with a specification of the semester, if necessary.
