Team Leader ZMP / DH (m/f/d)

As a team leader ZMP/DH (m/w/d), you’re thinking of a motivating working atmosphere, supporting the individual development of team members:inside and ensuring that the team is always up to date. For an excellent care of the patients, you ask yourself: by coordinating the treatment processes independently and ensuring smooth processes. Efficient pre- and post-treatment is also part of your task to ensure a high quality and optimal patient experience. You benefit from a detailed, team-oriented quality management and actively contribute to the development and implementation of improvement processes. You are responsible for the independent coordination of the treatment appointments and document all the services provided in the patient administration system (Charly). You actively contribute to the development of the practical concept with your expertise and support the team in implementing new ideas and improvements. You work with a uniform prophylaxis concept (Guided Biofilm Therapy by EMS) and ensure the correct application of this modern procedure in the team.

You have completed training as a dental medical specialist:r as well as a further education as a dental prophylaxis assistant (ZMP) or dental hygienist:in (DH) and have already gained first leadership experience. You are showing great interest in continuous further education and training to continuously develop your expertise and leadership skills. You actively support the open exchange within the team, support collegial cooperation and develop solutions together with your team to continuously grow and strengthen team dynamics. You have a great enthusiasm for your profession and the handling of people, attach great importance to service orientation and cordiality in contact with patients: inside and care for a positive patient:internal experience. You take responsibility for your tasks and the patient's satisfaction:inside, your own initiative and a high level of commitment are in your leadership role. With the highest level of professionalism, you are crucial to the quality of treatments and the long-term success of practice and ensure compliance with all high quality standards.
