As a central key user, you take on the technical responsibility for SAP S/4HANA as well as connected finance systems and are the first point of contact of the Accounting teams for system applications, evaluations and usage opportunities in the international environment. You ensure that processes, data and interfaces work stable across system boundaries and reliably interlock end-to-end processes. You develop system logics, master data structures and data models in the finance context in a targeted manner and provide consistent, resilient data as the basis for operating business. You connect accounting and IT, translate technical requirements into solutions and accompany their implementation until stable operation. You support the accounting teams in day-to-day business and reduce manual outrage through pragmatic, system-side solutions. As a member of the Director Finance and Accounting, you are driving forward the further development of the system and process landscape in the S/4HANA environment, integrating new companies and developing the finance landscape towards standardized, scalable and stronger data-based processes.

Multiannual experience in accounting with sound end-to-end finance confession. Very good practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (in particular FI; ideally also SD or adjacent modules) as well as experience as a key user or in a comparable interface function. Experience in handling tools such as M365 as well as a good understanding of system relationships and data flows. Embossed system and process affinity with practical experience in automation as well as interest in data-driven solutions in the finance environment (e.g. BI, AI, machine learning). German and English knowledge in word and writing. Structured, proactive and solution-oriented mode of operation with high implementation strength and pronounced hand-on mentality, as well as the ability to translate requirements in a comprehensible manner and effectively promote change processes in the field.
