You are responsible for the target and result-oriented leadership and control of a team in professional, human and organizational terms. You provide technical specifications in the field of medical and dental reimbursement and act as a competent* contact person for the competence center management, the specialist department and your team members. You are responsible for controlling measurement variables for the quality and quality of work. The participation in the optimization of business processes and work processes, as well as project work also falls into your area of responsibility. In addition, you perform operational tasks, such as the processing of specialist processes. You research new accounting forms and develop corresponding policies and regulations.

You have a relevant technical/university training or a comparable qualification in a relevant subject area relevant to the designated body. Other educational paths or well-founded professional experiences with a similar orientation can also be suitable to meet the requirements of this position. You have well-founded expertise in the field of medical, psychotherapeutic and dental bills or have the ability and willingness to acquire them. You have very good PC skills.
