Your tasks: As a freight forwarder (all) warehouse office customer service in our warehouse logistics office in Altbach, you are responsible for the commercial processing of the incoming and outgoing shipments. Together with your team, you coordinate and prioritize the flows of goods and ensure smooth operation.

We look forward to:

• A completed commercial training in the distribution or storage area, e.g. as a specialist (all) for warehouse logistics
• Experience with the above-mentioned tasks
• First experience in handling customers and customer service
• They are customer-oriented, strong communication and have a friendly and open personality
• They communicate safely in German and have solid English knowledge
• They are organized, structured and quickly find good solutions

Your job as a freight forwarder (all) in the customer service:

• As a forwarding businessman (all), you will advise your customers on all questions regarding the operational handling of their shipments
• They control the flows of goods in the warehouse entrance and exit and prioritize them efficiently
• You always keep an overview of your shipments, on your way to the recipient and keep your customers informed in case of deviations
• You check incoming orders, collect the shipments, create shipping documents and invoices
• They work closely with other teams and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
