♪ Who we are:

KINDERLAND-Sachsen e.V. offers to support children, adolescents and families in line with requirements.

In our group “Paule” we serve 9 children and young people aged 6 years and older, who need personal, social and emotional support, educational support and continuous help in everyday design. The aim of our support offer is to strengthen the children and young people resource-oriented in their personality and competences in order to enable them to live independently.

♪ Your future responsibilities

• They design the relationship work with the children and young people in a valuable way.
• They accompany the inhabitants in a need-oriented manner and in everyday life.
• They're doing value-adding parent work.
• They support children and young people in contact with all professionals, offices and institutions involved in the assistance.
• They help residents find a school or professional perspective.
• They work in team and in layers to ensure the care of children and young people on a daily basis.

Your profile

• You have a degree as a social pedagogue (m/w/d).
• The work in the change and weekend service model is of course for you.
• It has a high degree of resilience, flexibility, empathy and commitment in dealing with children and young people to be cared for.
• They appreciate a structured, responsible and solution- and team-oriented way of working.
• They show willingness to develop personal and professional skills.

• Periodic employment for 2 years with the option of continued employment
• Tariff pay according to TVöD SuE
• annual performance-oriented payment and annual special payment
• 29 days holiday + release on 24.12. and 31.12.
• 2 days per year
