Disciplinary leadership and professional leadership of the team KIB Conservation & building examination Head of commissioned projects including ensuring the project success in terms of costs, time and professional quality Decision on all project-relevant processes Coordination and commissioning of the work of project staff and external engineering offices as part of available project resources Ensuring internal and external information flows

A successfully completed university degree (Diplom/Master) of the Department of Civil Engineering with a focus on constructive engineering or a comparable discipline Multiannual well-founded professional experience in design engineering and the management of projects Knowledge of building and contract, transport and environmental law as well as the guidelines and regulations of the Federal Construction Administration, the Federal Budget Law, the VOB and V-OL, HOAI German language skills That would be desirable: Multiannual experience in the leadership of a team Certification in the construction test according to DIN 1076 by the VFIB e.V.
