We are looking for a Senior Expert Business Development (m/w/x) in Gütersloh, which actively drives growth, builds strong networks and develops new business opportunities. In this role, you position our solutions across Europe and strengthen our business especially in the fashion and logistics environment.

Designing and developing networks: You identify relevant players in the market, actively build new contacts and develop them into resilient, long-term partnerships. You act as the face of our company and connect people, themes and opportunities. New customers successfully win: You recognize potentials, go proactively towards companies and conduct leads in a targeted way into concrete opportunities. Developing relationships with decision-makers: You are acquainting customers: across all hierarchical levels, understand their strategic challenges and position our services as tailor-made solutions. Strengthen our market presence actively: whether trade fairs, industry events or networking formats: You represent our company professionally, create visibility and recognize trends and impulses from the market early on. Identify and implement new business opportunities: You analyze market and competition developments, guide specific business potentials and develop growth ideas that strategically convey our offer.

Hunter Mindset with proof of success: You bring several years of experience in active business development, have already successfully won new customers and have the pleasure of transforming opportunities into business. Fashion/Retail Expertise: The mechanics of the fashion, retail or lifestyle industry are familiar to you and you know how brands, traders and service providers tick. Ideally, you bring an existing network. Funded logistics and supply chain know-how: You understand operational and strategic logistics processes, e-commerce fulfillment and can arrange requirements and Pain Points of our customers. Strong consulting and solution competence: You analyze customer needs, develop coherent argumentation lines and translate complex requirements into clear business value. Sovereign in the international environment: You communicate clearly, professionally and safely - also on an international stage - and bring the necessary readiness to travel within Europe.
