They are responsible for the correct and on-time monthly payment of a defined employee group. They support employees and executives as a competent contact person in all billing-relevant questions. You maintain and manage personal master files in our accounting system. They communicate with social security institutions, financial offices and other authorities. They take care of the collection of absentees and timebooking corrections. You create work contracts and contract supplements and all certificates.

They have completed commercial training or study with a focus on personnel or finance. They shall bring relevant professional experience into the pay bill. You have a well-founded knowledge of pay tax and social security law. They work safely with accounting systems, ideally already with SAP HCM. They are characterized by a structured, reliable operation and a high degree of discretion. They enjoy the digitalization and the further development of modern HR processes.
