Developing concepts and processes of risk governance, in particular as part of risk inventory and risk management frameworks/books Further development and harmonisation of risk governance for all units within the TARGO Germany Financial Holding Group Participation in projects and in strategic initiatives for consistent integration into risk governance Participation in and further development of regular (risk) reporting to management and banking supervision Regular coordination of the risk management framework for risk governance with the parent company

Complete study of economic, legal or natural sciences or a comparable qualification Ideally multiannual professional experience in a comparable function in a bank or in an audit/consultation company Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements Curiosity and willingness to explore new topics and prepare for communication with internal stakeholders Very good analytical skills and a high degree of self-responsibility and reliability Safe handling of the MS Office package, especially with Excel, PowerPoint and Word Very good knowledge of German and English or French
