Own legal support of the investment team during the purchase of renewable energy projects in Europe (including support and management of contract negotiations and coordination and challenge of due diligence carried out by external legal advisors) Together with the investment team, you meet legal decisions taking into account (legal) risks and commercial impacts Self-advising the specialist departments in licensing and general energy issues in the early phase of projects before construction Consultation and training of specialists and managers of all departments on legal issues, in particular with regard to current developments in the right of renewable energies Participation in overarching special projects in close cooperation with other specialist departments Interface between specialist departments and external consultants and coordination of national and international law firms

Successfully completed study of law, ideally with two above-average state examina Multiannual (> 4-5 years) Professional experience in the field of renewable energies/M&A Transactions in an economically oriented (large) law firm or legal department of an economic or financial undertaking Knowledge of company law, general contract law and energy law You stand up confidently and decisively and have communication strength and have a well-organized, solution-oriented and independent way of working. You're talkin-proof English You show high performance and responsibility as well as interest in legal, economic and organizational relationships You have a high degree of loyalty, conscience, reliability and team skills negotiating skill paired with enforcement strength complete your profile
