Working student in HR (m/f/d)

We are looking for a working student who is engaged in various personal topics and provides fresh impulses. Your Role – what awaits you: You support our HR team in all administrative HR topics around our employees (writing, contracts, on/off boarding, etc.) You take over the creation of standardized HR documents You participate in the analysis of HR key figures and support in reporting You support recruiting and applicant management You take over the organisation and implementation of operational training You work with ongoing HR projects – your own ideas and design proposals are explicitly welcome If necessary, you can support in short-term and working time management

Your Profile – what you bring: You are currently studying BWL, economic psychology, human resources management or a similar subject and want to experience HR practice close to the skin Topics like Recruiting, Talent Management, Employer Branding or Personal Development are of interest to you and you already have a first understanding of this You have a safe handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Your knowledge of German is very good as we work in the international context, good English skills are of advantage You work structured, are communicative and you want to actively shape HR processes
