We are responsible for the REWE Group's strategy process as well as the strategies of REWE and PENNY Deutschland as the core business of REWE Group, including the digitization strategy and the associated strategic project portfolios. We design central strategic questions, such as growth strategies or positioning our business units. We transform existing business models by working closely with specialist areas, developing concrete solutions and implementing visible changes with measurable impact. We continuously evaluate possible new business models and accompany the start-up investment process of REWE Group within the key topics we set.

What you do with us Your ideas for trading tomorrow - with us you take responsibility from day one: You are working on the preparation and implementation of the annual strategy processes in close cooperation with management and executives. You are responsible for complex strategic questions, projects and work strands from conception to parallel management of several topics (from positioning a sales line to supporting a venture transaction). You carry out data-driven analyses and develop sound basis for decision-making for different target groups. You prepare results to address and present and discuss them with top management. You moderate workshops with specialist areas and ensure a sustainable knowledge transfer between relevant stakeholders. You continuously develop into a trade expert or a trade expert for central strategic topics. You actively contribute to internal initiatives to the development of the department. You accompany and develop juniorere's colleague: within professionally.

What we do You have completed your university degree with a Master's degree on average and have a strong strategic profile in a comparable environment for at least 2 years of professional experience from a top management consultancy, a strategy or project department. You have a well-founded “Consulting Toolkit” and have experience in managing complex projects as well as working with different stakeholders. You think structured, analytic and solution-oriented, and you enjoy penetrating complex questions. You work independently, practice-oriented and perform confidently and bindingly against both operating units and top management. You bring very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in the business context.
