Completed commercial or gastronomic training Multiannual professional experience in retail or in gastronomy/hotel industry desirable “Gastgeber-Gen” for customers and guests, interested in an exciting mix of gastronomy and retail Experience in employee management, team player with good human knowledge First experience in seasonal business with regard to planning and resilience Willingness to take responsibility Experience in cash billing, good numerical understanding and good PC skills Reliable, experienced, exemplary, self-initiative and self-organisation Loadability, flexibility with readiness to work (season business) Very good German knowledge as well as other language skills, especially English, of advantage
