My client is part of a powerful, medium-sized group of companies and is one of the established suppliers in the building materials industry with a focus on precast concrete parts and systems for industrial building. The company stands for technical competence, quality and regional proximity and is a reliable partner for construction companies and construction companies in the B2B distribution.

Due to the further growth and strategic development of the sales organization, we are looking for an experienced regional sales manager (m/w/x) in the field of South East Bavaria and Upper Austria.

A strong sales manager with experience in the technical distribution of building materials or prefabricated concrete parts, which leads an existing sales team, is looking for an active development of the market and develops sustainable customer relationships.

The sales area includes Bad Tölz to Attnang-Puchheim as well as Regensburg to Rosenheim. The place of residence is flexible.

This position is aimed at senior customer data from the B2B sales of the construction industry, which, in addition to operational sales responsibility, also provide strategic impulses and want to use real design space.
