The internal audit of AOK Baden-Württemberg provides independent and objective auditing and consulting activities aimed at creating added value and improving business processes. It supports the company in achieving its objectives by applying a systematic and targeted approach to assessing and improving the effectiveness of governance, risk management and control processes. Tasks You conduct independent and objective examinations in all fields of action of AOK Baden-Württemberg. This will help you minimize risks and identify opportunities for AOK Baden-Württemberg. You are co-responsible for audits in the field of health and care insurance. In addition to the regularity, You examine the future security and expediency of the respective processes and structures. You develop and agree, together with the areas tested, appropriate measures to eliminate vulnerabilities and optimize processes and structures. You visualize and present their work results with the audited organisational units and the responsible executives, including targeted reporting to the Executive Board and top management.

You have completed your studies on the AOK business economist*in, a successfully completed university/higher education in the field of business management and/or Economics with a focus on controlling or have a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year professional experience ideally in the field of revision or in the field of corporate/private customer advice or in the supply area, leadership experience is desirable. You preferably have a professional certification (e.g. CIA or Internal Revisor DIIR) or have the willingness to participate in relevant extensive training. You have the ability to penetrate complex facts and to recognize and evaluate the materiality and risk of deviations. You actively search for action options and derive sound decisions. You work to a large extent independently and bring their strengths to the joint achievement of the goals of the self-organized revision team. You work purposefully, are responsible, resilient, collaborative and team-ready and convince by your sovereign appearance.
