As a team leader (m/w/d), you are responsible for a group of shifts at our stand near Tholey and run your team in daily use and strip service. You independently coordinate the operational planning within your layer, organize shift adjustments and ensure a frictionless transfer to the subsequent layer. You give your team members technical instructions and are available within your shift as the first respondent for all safety-relevant questions. In the event of special events, you initiate the necessary measures and work closely with the relevant internal cutting points.

A completed training in the field of protection and security or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your profile. Multiannual professional experience in the protection of works and ideally first experience in the professional leadership of a team. Also in challenging situations, you will meet sound decisions and act responsibly. Communication strength, team spirit and a sovereign appearance allow you to work together with employees and internal cutting points. A secure handling of MS Office and basic English skills complete your profile.
