Together with your host talents you enrich the stay of our guests. In addition to the coordination and leadership of the Bar team, in consultation with the department management, you will be able to: Care and advice of guests at the Motel One Lounge and all related tasks Co-responsibility for achieving the sales budget at the Motel One Lounge Ensuring a smooth and fast service process Co-responsibility for the implementation of internal coaching, cross-training and planning of training for the further development of the bar employees Ordering food, beverages and spirit drinks for the bar and carrying out inventory at the end of the month
