Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Leadership of project teams in the implementation and development of lean management principles and their implementation
• Development of potential for improvement and action plans based on process analyses
• Technical and economic assessment of solutions
• Coordination and communication between all departments involved
• Implementation of training and workshops as well as responsibility for the qualification of employees in the introduction of new methods

Your qualifications:

• Complete studies in the fields of business management, engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
• Relevant experience in implementing Business Improvement/Lean methods in a production environment
• Good knowledge of lean optimization methods, change management and project management
• Good knowledge of German and English
