Receivables Manager (m/f/d)

As receivable manager*in, you are responsible for the effective handling of open claims In agreement with the branches, you are responsible for implementing the dunning measures for our German and foreign customers and partners You take over the monitoring of payment responsibilities, communicate professionally with our partners and implement efficient measures to collect claims You support the creation and analysis of reports in receivable management and the analysis of areas to open items for management You communicate with partners and external service providers (school students) in terms of outstanding payments via e-mail and telephone You co-ordinate themes with the relevant disciplines (e.g. in the case of incorrect invoices) and are in close contact with them You monitor and analyze the current payment provisions and implement overriding measures to optimize debitor accounting You are responsible for the collection process and our WKV as well as for compliance with the corresponding reporting deadlines

You have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Ideally, you already have experience in receivable management or in the processing of open items You are strong in communication and you can assert yourself You are safe in handling MS Office applications You work independently and structured Team skills and loadability In addition to German, you have advanced English skills (B2)
